Running from 10am – 8pm on Saturday 23rd May and from 10am – 5pm on Sunday 24th May, there will be a range of truly fantastic performances taking place on every train in the network. There will ALWAYS be a performance on the last car of every train and at off-peak times (10-12pm and 5-8pm) there will be a performance on the first and last car of every train. The middle car will be a "quiet car" containing no performances. So buy a ticket, hop on a train and enjoy the ride...
Music : Downstairs Mix Up
Appearing on Glasgow Subway trains throughout the weekend
The Downstairs Mix Up bring you a delirious fusion of sounds from across the genres, on a mission to make you dance. They are bringing along some of the best unsigned acts in Glasgow.
Catch a set from these musical adventurers, braving the shoogle to bring our favorite live tracks to the train tracks. See a mini folk jam, have a little dance to Senegalese rhythms or have it tiny with a DJ, but make sure you are at one of the smallest gigs in town.
